Baked Lamb in Red Curry Sauce

Chopped chilli |

Kaffir lime leaves |

Preparation:
1.
Firstly, bake the lamb until done. Put it on a dish decorated with basil.
2.
Fry red curry, coconut cream and coconut sugar using low heat. Then pour on the prepared lamb.
3.
Decorate with chopped chilli and Kaffir lime leaves.
