Ingredients

Chicken slices

300

grams

Traditional Indian curry spice:

2

teaspoons each

coriander, cumin powder, cinnamon, cardamom and chilli powder

Gravy

1

cup

Vegetable oil

3

teaspoons

Chopped garlic

2

teaspoons

Salt

2

teaspoons

Coriander leaves

1

pinch

Preparation

1.

Heat the vegetable oil.

2.

Fry chopped garlic until cooked.

3.

Add chicken slices, stir for 1 minute, put the lid on and leave to cook for 2 mins then give another quick stir.

4.

Pour the gravy, stir for 1 minute, put the lid on and leave to cook for 2 minutes then give another quick stir.

5.

Add curry spice, stir for 1 minute, put the lid on and leave to cook 1 minute then give another quick stir.

6.

Add salt and stir.

7.

Top with the coriander leaves for fragrance.

8.

Best served with nan bread or rice.
