Jeeps to Drive You Wild
The weather is changing again. Slowly the hot wet days are turning clear and fresh and the abundant greenery surrounding Chiang Mai flourishes after the rains. It's November and I know it's time for the beautiful spread of yellow flowers to appear that cover the landscape surrounding Mae Hong Son. It really is the perfect time to hit the road and enjoy the beginning of our Thai winter. But I can hardly ride my Honda Dream to Mae Hong Son! Well, fortunately there's a real plethora of car rental services in Chiang Mai. Choosing which one is the problem though. I asked a trusted friend for a reliable company, and he recommended the Vhiang Ping Group.
"I rented a Suzuki Caribian 4x4 and everything worked perfectly, even the sound system," he grinned.
Vhiang Ping Group was founded by Mr. Manas Mongta in 1994. At first it was only a small car rental desk on the pavement of the Night Bazaar on Chang Klan Road. Manas started the car rental business with just two cars. Now the company has grown from strength to strength offering safe, independent, and fully-insured transport rentals at very reasonable prices to travellers from all around the world. There is an extensive selection of off-road and on-road vehicles to suit your needs. Someone will even come and pick you up from your hotel and take you to the depot for a viewing.
Anyway, I'm all ready to hit the road, how about you? See you out there?
