Finding a place to stay in Chiang Mai is never difficult. Even in the high season when tourists are filling the city and all the hotel rooms have been booked, there’s always somewhere. D.D. Park is a recently-opened serviced apartment, located in town on Maneenopparat Road inside the Sahasriphoom Complex (a complex of business houses across the city moat and close to Chang Phuek Market). D.D. Park itself is hidden in the rear area of the complex, so it is very quiet and private.

Because it’s very close to Chang Phuek Market, you don’t need to worry about what to eat because from dusk till dawn (and even late at night) there will be plenty of food vendors along the road. This is the perfect opportunity to taste some wonderful Thai food ‘Thai style’ and at an amazingly cheap price. Because of its location, D.D. Park is well situated for public transportation. You can catch a local red bus easily from the market. It’s only 15 minutes to the airport and the biggest department store in town, the Central Plaza Chiang Mai Airport.

For a longer stay, this building also offers up to 36 rooms for long-term rental in many room types to fit your style (king/queen size bed, twin beds or even a suite room with a separate living and dining area). All rooms come with TV, air conditioner, fan and WiFi service. On the rooftop, you can relax in the swimming pool with its own roof to protect you from sunlight and rain; it’s also very quiet and private.
