CentralPlaza Chiang Mai Airport and Chiang Mai Restaurant Club along with the Fish Marketing Organization invite you get to know more than 100 famous Northern Thai restaurants with their 1,000 menu items to choose from. Along with cooking demonstrations, and Thai cooking classes, you can sample desserts and Thai drinks. There are lessons by professional chefs from the Food Institute and the Institute of Education, and a free concert by famous singers.
