RECOMMENDED RESTAURANTS
dusitD2, a modern lifestyle hotel in the heart of Chiang Mai City and on the doorstep of the famous Night Bazaar welcomes all guests and visitors to chill out this cold season at their Beer Garden @ dusitD2.
Located outdoors by the side of the hotel's building on Chang Klan Road, dusitD2's talented culinary team proudly presents mouthwatering barbeque dishes to compliment the chilled beer. Enjoy dusitD2's recommended dishes such as spicy roasted duck salad with crispy kaffir lime; barbeque baby pork ribs glazed with coffee sauce; a selection of grilled Thai sausage; grilled mixed sea food; and fried chicken wings marinated with herbs, lemongrass and garlic. Besides the world famous Singha Draught Beer, don't forget to try some of D2's signature cocktails from the Mix Bar created by award-winning bartenders.
For barbeque lovers, the special barbeque
buffet every Friday and Saturday from 6.30 p.m. at only 499 baht net per person is not to be missed. The much-loved dishes are taken from the a la carte menu and served up at the buffet stations, with the spitfire roasted whole beef a specialty of this fine
dining experience. Large selections of desserts are also available at the
buffet station and special desserts can be ordered from the a la carte menu.

Set beside the elegant swimming pool amongst the
gorgeous architecture of the hotel, the beautifully-decorated restaurant is an attraction in itself. Food is prepared as exquisitely as the environment demands and the authentic ambience of the occasion is established by the background instrumental Thai music and traditionally-attired staff.
With a menu consisting of Northern Thai Lanna dishes, traditional Thai, and international food with a sprinkling of
fusion creations, there is a healthy choice at hand.
The light and crispy spring rolls are perfect as a delicate starter or as an appetizer with a pre-dinner cocktail. Sticking with the Thai theme, the Thai chicken salad presented as a trio of grilled chicken on lemongrass skewers served on a bed of salad with a garlic, chili and coriander dressing makes for
a sumptuous light lunch dish. Plenty of spaghetti offerings would suit those wanting a more hearty meal, with a range of sauces from Europe and other lesser known Thai variations such as naam-prik-orng, minced pork, tomato and chili paste, or tom yam goong, a hot and sour shrimp sauce (ordinarily served as a soup).
Of the international fare, steaks, burgers and sandwiches are sure to appease anyone wanting a familiar taste, with a decent mix of ice creams or
perhaps a crepe suzette to end the meal with.
