The 28th Flower Festival 2004

One of the most spectacular annual festivals of the year will be held on 6th – 8th February, 04 at Suan Buak Hard Park, T. Phra-singh, A. Muang, Chiang Mai

Main events will feature the parade of marching bands and floats of flowers from the Railway Station to Suan Buak Haad Park in the morning of 7th till noon. The floats will be meticulously decorated with many kinds of local flowers and classic patterns relating to Buddhism, Hindu gods, scenes from the Ramayana—the Hindu classic, etc.

Other activities are flower and garden setting contests, flowers and ornamental plants on sale, a beauty pageant, also music and performances.
