22nd Lampang Ceramic Fair

For years, the Lampang Ceramic Association has been responsible for organizing activities and noteworthy events aimed at boosting the image and sales of ceramic products at both local and national levels. The most successful event of all is probably the Lampang Ceramic Fair, an annual event held in December. The range and quality of the products on show increases from year to year, as an appreciative public can confirm.

The 22nd Lampang Ceramic Fair will be held from 1st to 10th December 2009 at Tesaban 4 Market, opposite Big C Supermarket

Marvel at the massive array of export-standard ceramic products supplied by over 300 quality manufacturers, with discounts ranging from 40% to 70% and prices starting from as low as one baht. Two thousand items made of local herbs for swine flu treatment planted in exquisite ceramic pots will also be provided as souvenirs at the fair with 200 pots given away per day. In the Lanna cultural area local cuisine will be served in the spacious garden of the traditional flea market aka kad mua.

Certain Northern OTOP products will also be available for purchase at the fair, together with the Miss Ceramic Beauty Contest 2009, a singing contest and various other performances.

Free air-conditioned shuttle vans are to be provided from Big C's parking lot to the fair, which is being organized by the Lampang Ceramic Association. For further information, please call 054 226 300.
